Cold Mountain Siberians, owned and operated by Tom Hahn, is located in Southern New Jersey. The Cold Mountain Siberian kennel is actively involved in the breeding and racing of Siberian Husky’s. Our Siberians are bred as close to the Seppala strain as possible. As the public becomes more aware of a Seppala type Siberian, the demand for this breed is increasing. A wealth of knowledge is available on the internet about the originality, physique and disposition of these outstanding athletes. Make no mistake, the Seppala Siberian is registered with the AKC as a “Siberian Husky”. These athletes are not very conducive to apartment or town-home living. They require plenty of exercise; therefore a very active owner would be the best match for this breed. Those who own dogs from my kennel are quite often questioned as to whether their dog is a wolf or wolf hybrid. Rest assured it is not. We also own and manufacture the Greiner-Hahn Dryland Racing Rig that can be used with as little as two dogs for dryland running when zero snow is present. Please keep in mind that this is not Tom's full time job but is a hobby because of his love for animals and this breed. Each and every one of our dogs are a part of our family and are treated as such. Therefore, we hand pick owners for our puppies to ensure that they are being given a great and appropriate home.
"Through our kennel passes some of the finest Siberians available. We strive to produce dogs that are second to none with selective breeding and attention to knowledge of desired traits".
